Folsom's New Mixed-Use Community

Bidwell Pointe is a highly amenitized mixed-use master-planned community comprised of 140 residences and 800 sq. ft. of commercial space. Seven of the 140 units have been designed to function as flex live/work spaces to cater to those who wish to conduct business from home. The rest of the units offer spacious one, two, and three bedroom floor plans featuring state of the art finishes and access to a variety of on-site amenities. A percentage of the units will be subject to income restrictions.
